In 2015 Stanley Black&Decker granted Annovi Reverberi’s Cleaning Division a license to produce and sell water pumps aimed for the relatively small DIY consumer market. We managed all the steps of the project, from range definition to supplier choice, product design and sample testing, along with the licensor approval process.

The selection of the right OEM supplier was pivotal to achieve the project goal as well as our design expertise was paramount to reduce the production costs.
60.000 euro saved through plastic moulds optimization. 14 months from project start to market delivery, including the development of carton boxes, technical manuals and catalogues.
