In 2014 Annovi Reverberi’s Cleaning Division became a Stanley Black&Decker licensee for wet&dry vacuum cleaners. We managed all the steps of the process leading to the product range launch: from planning to product development, supplier selection, product samples test and production start, along with the product branding approval process required to ensure quality and correct use of corporate identity.

“The main challenge has been overcoming the risks related to the launch of a product that was not part of the client’s DNA. It involved an accurate market targeting, the search for a reliable supplier and, most of all, finding the right design solutions to maximize revenues.”

We developed a 16 models range built around only 22 molds and implemented further the project developing innovative accessories exploiting the synergy with other Black&Decker products.”
