The correct mounting of the parts is affected by the actual shape of the areas where the chrome covered parts must lay: by scanning the surface of those zones has been obtained the exact shape. The 3D advanced modeling has made possible to achieve a very good result in the quality of the surfaces: this was extremely important, as the chromed areas enhance the defects and don’t forgive any little irregularity.
Il corretto montaggio delle parti è influenzato dalla reale forma delle aree su cui le parti cromate poggiano: con la scansione della superficie di quelle zone è stata determinata la forma esatta. La modellazione 3D avanzata ha permesso di ottenere rilevanti risultati nella qualità delle superfici: ciò era di fondamentale importanza, poiché le aree cromate enfatizzano i difetti e non perdonano la minima irregolarità.
